In 2005, Chilean immigrant Nina struggles to bury the painful trauma of the dictatorship, while her ex-husband, Armando, wants to reconnect with her. Their daughter, Chivi, longs to connect with her Chilean roots, while their son, Flaco, embraces his life in California. As the family gathers to watch the Chilean presidential debate and finalize the sale of their house in Chile, buried secrets and conflicting desires surface. Through Nina’s haunting memories, the play explores love, trauma, identity, and the inescapable ties to one’s fragmented truth.
