A THOUSAND AND ONE follows unapologetic and free-spirited Inez (Teyana Taylor), who kidnaps six-year-old Terry from the foster care system. Holding onto their secret and each other, mother and son set out to reclaim their sense of home, identity, and stability, in a rapidly changing New York City.

WE WANT THE FUNK! is a syncopated voyage through the history of funk music, spanning from African, soul, and early jazz roots, to its rise into the public consciousness. Featuring James Brown's dynamism, the extraterrestrial funk of George Clinton's Parliament Funkadelic, transformed girl group Labelle, and Fela Kuti's Afrobeat, the story also traces funk's influences on both new wave and hip-hop.

In the spirit of New York's loft scene of the '70s, master drummer Robby Ameen searched out performance alternatives when faced with the Covid shutdown. Tribeca's decades-old Philip Williams Poster shop offered space for Ameen to video teach, rehearse, and eventually present a weekly series in its expansive storefront, replete with the world's largest collection of vintage posters to warm the sounds. With his longtime band of Bob Franceschini, Conrad Herwig, Troy Roberts, Edsel Gomez, and Lincoln Goines in tow, Ameen created an intimate neighborhood salon, overflowing with fiery original Afro-Cuban music with deep strains of contemporary hard bop and funk. Live at the Poster Museum was recorded and filmed during the last of the series' concerts, the musicians, volunteers, and audience all deeply owning the significant collective experience they created.

FILMUSIC: YOU GOT GOLD — A CELEBRATION OF JOHN PRINE

You Got Gold: A Celebration of John Prine captures a star-studded tribute to the legendary songwriter, filmed in October 2022 at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. The event brought together acclaimed artists, friends, and family to share behind-the-scenes stories and perform classic songs, honoring Prine’s enduring legacy. Prine, widely celebrated as one of history’s greatest songwriters, captivated millions of fans and earned the admiration of icons such as Bonnie Raitt, Brandi Carlile, Tyler Childers, Lucinda Williams, Dwight Yoakam, Jason Isbell, and Bob Weir, amongst many others, are featured in the film performing on the Ryman stage for this special celebration of his life and music.

Lenny Clarke (born September 16, 1953) is a prominent American stand-up comedian and actor best known for his thick Boston accent and his role as Uncle Teddy on the FX series Rescue Me. A mainstay of the 1980s Boston comedy scene, he has appeared in numerous films and television shows and is known for his work in the New England area. Lenny has appeared in these icon movies and TV shows: There's Something About Mary, Fever Pitch, Lemony Snicket, Me, Myself and Irene, The Jimmy Kimmel Show, The Jimmy Fallon Show, Rescue Me and Lenny (CBS).

Lenny resides on Martha's Vineyard and takes great pride in his lawn care.

Taymor’s wildly inventive musical re-imagines America in the turbulent late 1960s through the eyes of young dockworker Jude (Jim Sturgess), who leaves Liverpool to find his estranged father in the US, where he falls in love with Lucy (Evan Rachel Wood), a rich but sheltered American girl, and finds himself swept up by the waves of change that are reshaping the nation, including the growing anti-war movement in Greenwich Village. At once tender, wryly comic, and deeply profound, it tells the story of Khaled, a 12-year-old boy from a Palestinian village, who is granted the rare chance to see the sea for the first time on a school trip. But when his group reaches a military checkpoint, the soldiers declare his permit invalid and send him home, leaving him behind as his classmates continue onward.

Jackie Flynn currently stars as Tony in the Netflix hit TV Show "Loudermilk" along with Ron Livingston, Will Sasso and Anja Savcic,  Coming out of the legendary Boston standup comedy scene -Jackie was discovered on stage in Boston by the Farrelly brothers, who have since cast him in back to back roles in “King Pin”, “There’s Something About Mary”, “Me, Myself And Irene” “Shallow Hal” and “Stuck On You.”  Recently, Jackie has had roles in “The Three Stooges,” playing opposite Kevin James in “Here Comes The Boom,” 2017's film “Special Unit.” 2022's Greatest Beer Run Ever" and 2024's "Ricky Stanicky"
