In collaboration with the Moses Lake Creative District, we’re bringing you a blast of retro holiday magic…

Santa Claus Conquers the Martians (1964) is landing!
Yes… it’s exactly as wild as it sounds.

Get ready for retro sci-fi holiday madness in this delightfully bizarre classic from 1964! Earth’s jolliest man in red is about to take on an entire planet—because even Martians need a little Christmas cheer.

Movie Synopsis:

On Mars, the kids are cranky, lazy, and glued to their Earth TV broadcasts. Martian ruler Kimar is not having it. His solution? Kidnap Santa Claus from Earth to bring joy to the Red Planet. Totally reasonable, right?

But when two Earth kids accidentally get taken along for the ride, things go hilariously off course in this campy, low-budget gem filled with cardboard spaceships, green face paint, and festive chaos.

Aliens.
Christmas.
Santa Claus.
