Summit Catering is offering a selection of handcrafted box lunches for festival attendees. Lunches can be picked up in Gaylord Hall starting at 12:30pm. Box lunch includes:

• Turkey and Bacon Croissant
  Turkey, bacon, tomatoes and mixed greens on fresh croissant

• Roast Beef and Havarti on Baguette
  Freshly sliced roast beef, havarti cheese, lettuce, and tomato served on fresh baguette with creamy horseradish on the side

  Quinoa served over mixed greens, with roasted vegetables and sweet potatoes, pumpkin seeds and tahini dressing. (GF)
