We are thrilled to have Adam Shoalts, a Canadian historian, archaeologist, author and explorer come and present and share his experiences on Sunday November 9, 2025 at 2 pm.

Adam Shoalts is a professional explorer and national bestselling author. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society for “extraordinary contributions to geography” and in 2017 completed a nearly 4,000 km solo journey across Canada’s Arctic.

Adam will join us to discuss his well-known expeditions in Canada's wilderness, including his newest book, Vanished Beyond the Map: The Mystery of Lost Explorer Hubert Darrell. It is the story of a legendary lost explorer who disappeared more than a century ago and Shoalts’s quest to retrace his route to unravel the mystery of his disappearance.
