In the midst of the Great Depression, a charismatic dreamer returns home to his estranged family with one last “big idea” to make them all rich. As his family is drawn into the prospect of escaping their poverty, they confront the tension between chasing a grand dream and finding contentment in the simple, difficult realities of life. A poignant drama that explores the high price of hope, the weight of family obligations, and what it truly means to be a success.
