Theatre B presents a guest performance of "La Serva Padrona - The Maid's the Boss" by Giovanni Battista Pergolesi Opera/Intermezzo 1733.

American Version Adapted by Steve Solkela 2024.

ABOUT THE CHARACTERS:

Uberto: a naïve, well-to-do, wealthy Italian bachelor, just vibing. Undecided on his future.
Serpina: his bossy maid, intent on jumping up a tax bracket; whatever manipulative means necessary.
Vespone: The incompetent/mute butler, completely checked out professionally, caught in the crossfire.

Come see Serpina's lecherous plan unfold in comic virtuosic fashion! Will she prevail? Will the ice around Uberto's heart remain frozen? Will they find true love in unexpected places? Regardless, you're gonna laugh a metric ton at this high viscosity Opera sure to knock your socks CLEAN off!
