The Reflections
Big Hit 1964 – “Just Like Romeo and Juliet”
Get ready to relive one of the greatest eras in music with The Reflections, the group that brought the world the unforgettable 1964 hit “Just Like Romeo and Juliet.”
Now led by Michael Russo, a dynamic singer and entertainer originally from South Philadelphia and now based in Florida, The Reflections continue to share the joy, harmony, and timeless spirit that made the group a household name.
While Michael is not an original member, he proudly carries the official name and legacy of The Reflections with the blessing of the group’s original members. Founding member Tony Micale, the legendary lead voice on “Just Like Romeo and Juliet,” retired in early 2024, and longtime member and manager Gary Banovetz personally invited Michael to continue the legacy — a request that was both humbling and inspiring.
Michael’s goal is simple: to honor the music and memory of The Reflections while bringing their timeless sound to new audiences. With heartfelt respect for Tony Micale’s incredible talent, Michael and the new Reflections bring the same warmth, class, and energy that fans have loved for decades.
So sit back, sing along, and let the memories flow — because as The Reflections proudly say:
🎶 “We don’t sing oldies — we sing good memories.”
