Three Victorian-era lady adventurers set out in 1888 to explore “Terra Incognita,” but soon discover they are not only traveling through uncharted lands—they’re traveling through time itself. As they journey forward into the 20th century, encountering everything from mysterious strangers to strange new inventions, their wit, courage, and curiosity are put to the test.

Playful, poetic, and delightfully eccentric, On the Verge is a whimsical exploration of language, discovery, and the unstoppable march of progress. Both humorous and thought-provoking, this inventive play celebrates adventure, imagination, and the resilience of the human spirit.
