A behind-the-scenes conversation about our Theatre

A few months ago, I spoke at a Dover Chamber of Commerce gathering about how a small nonprofit theatre works—the behind-the-scenes reality of what we do every day.

What surprised me most was how energizing it felt to pull back the curtain and share the inner workings of our organization.

And it made me realize: if there's anyone I want to have this conversation with, it's you—our most loyal supporters and fiercest advocates.

In response, I am thrilled to be launching a new program: THE RING TABLE. 

As a member of the Players' Ring Leadership Circle, I invite you to join me for The Ring Table—an intimate, behind-the-scenes gathering right here at the theatre.

Think of it as coffee with a purpose: a chance to get an insider's view on how we work, our priorities and aspirations, but also to ask questions and share your perspective. 

Here's How It Works

I'll be hosting The Ring Table every two months, alternating between Monday evenings and Friday mornings to accommodate different schedules. Each session will be approximately one hour and limited to a small group to keep the conversation personal and meaningful.
