Gutenberg! The Musical

Presented in collaboration with The Richland Players

In this two-man musical spoof, a pair of aspiring playwrights perform a backers’ audition for their new, ill-advised project – a big, splashy musical about printing press inventor Johann Gutenberg. With an unending supply of enthusiasm, Bud and Doug sing all the songs and play all the parts in their crass historical epic, with the hope that one of the producers in attendance will give them that elusive Broadway contract.

Performances are March 6-8 at The Richland Players, 608 The Parkway, Richland, WA.

The show runs approximately 2 hours with an intermission. The content includes some strong language and antisemetic themes.

The house will open 30 minutes prior to each performance, and the Richland Players lobby and box office opens at least 2 hours prior to performances.
