Laura Peek is one of the most promising young stand-up comics to come out of Nashville’s bustling comedy scene. Now based in Los Angeles, she’s performed on The Tonight Show and Comedy Central, and appeared as both a panelist and the full-time announcer on CBS’s late, great After Midnight. In addition to being named to Just for Laughs’ prestigious New Faces lineup, Laura is also a paid regular at the world famous Comedy Store in LA. Her sharply-observed jokes about everything from bridal parties gone wrong to the hazards of politically divided families, have delighted audiences across the country as she’s toured with everyone from Taylor Tomlinson to Marc Maron to Fortune Feimster. Laura Peek effortlessly combines an instantly-winning stage persona with fantastically-written jokes, and we can’t wait to welcome her to Corvallis!
