Get ready for a jaw-dropping experience that'll have you wondering if Matt Baker's job is for real or just a wild ride of hilarity. Imagine a gig where your task list involves catching a bowling ball on your head, spearing veggies mid-air, and juggling with your mouth—all in the name of comedy. Well, that's the everyday life of Matt Baker, the genius behind the laugh-out-loud Matt Baker Comedy + Stunt Show.
For over 20 years, this self-taught comedian has been globe-trotting, spreading laughter at Corporate Events, Colleges, Cruise Ships, and Theaters worldwide. Three Guinness World Records, appearances on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Comedy Central, America’s Got Talent, and even Chinese national television—Matt's done it all. Oh, and did we mention he's conquered performances in 17 countries and all 50 states? This guy is no average entertainer.
Voted Seattle’s funniest alternative comedian, Matt has become one of the most requested variety entertainers in North America. Clean stand-up comedy mixed with mind-blowing stunts is just the beginning.
So, how does one decide to become a professional comedy stunt performer? Matt might not have all the answers, but one thing's for sure—he's had a passion for making people laugh since he was a little kid. Born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, the youngest of four, Matt's journey took him through a few wild teenage years before he discovered his first true love: footbag (hackysack). A European tour at 17 as part of the first ever international footbag team set the stage for his multifaceted talents.
