Shawn Wyckoff and Maria Kaneko Millar founded SONICESCAPE in 2009.  Armed with flute & violin, Maria and Shawn push themselves to the brink - singing, dancing, telling stories and above all, playing their hearts out with a "wonderfully imaginative... anything goes sense of fun." Let's Get Moved combines classical flute & violin, electronic and cinematic sounds with a cast of dancers specializing in dancehall, hip hop and streets.  Shawn & Maria transform the familiar as freely as they craft the new.  And when the dancers, led by "Edz" Gyamfi from CBC's The Move (Season3 2, join in on select works, the energy is transformational.
