ISABELLA MET A FELLA
Farce. Physicality. Chaos.
Written By Kevin P. Kern
Directed by David Kaye
Isabella has just returned from finishing school, full of romantic dreams… and immediately handed a list of wealthy men to marry by her father, the gloriously greedy Pantalone.
But Isabella has other ideas. She wants love—real love.
Meanwhile, Silvio has loved Isabella for years. The clever servants Arlecchino and Colombina hatch a plan to bring the lovers together—if they can outmaneuver controlling parents, absurd suitors, and a system that treats love like a business transaction.
What follows is a delicious spiral of disguises, double-crosses, fake identities, last-minute schemes, and escalating absurdity—complete with runaway weddings, swapped costumes, surprise revelations, and a mother with a score to settle.
Every character is driven by one thing—love, money, freedom, or pure vanity—and none of them are particularly good at getting what they want.
The result? A fast, physical, wildly funny comedy where nothing goes according to plan… until, somehow, everything does!
