Jay and the Americans is one Rock ‘N Roll history success story! With 19 charted hits and nine Top 40 records from the 1960s and ‘70s, they’ve created a multi-generational fanbase. Come a Little Bit Closer, was featured in the movie Guardians of the Galaxy, while Top 10 Hits like This Magic Moment, Cara Mia, Some Enchanted Evening, and Walkin’ in the Rain still hold a special place in the hearts of fans to this day. Expect these hits plus stories about their role in helping launch the careers of Neil Diamond, Steely Dan and Joan Jett. Original members Sandy Deanne and Marty Sanders will be joined by Darren Dowler (formerly of The Lettermen and Paul Revere & the Raiders) and Jay Reincke. This show features a salute to soldiers, veterans and first responders that is intended to unite audiences across the U.S.A.
