NVC Theater Arts offers students a grounding in the fundamentals of performance: voice, movement, scene study, and the collaborative skills that live theater demands. The Acting Class Showcase is one of the ways that training becomes performance: providing a chance for students to share their work with an audience and for audiences to meet the next generation of theater artists coming up through the program.

Each semester, students present scenes, monologues, and collaborative pieces developed through their coursework. Programs vary each semester depending on what students have been exploring in class, which means no two showcases are alike. Come expecting variety, effort, and expect to witness a reminder of the purpose of theater.

Please note: show runs without an intermission. Ticket reservations are not required but donations are welcomed.
