Spotlight captures the spontaneous, physical, and unpredictable imagination of the body in motion. A theatrical experience designed for the curious and the adventurous.

Choreographer Nicole Wolcott, a twenty-year veteran of New York City's professional dance world, presents Spotlight — an immersive ensemble performance where the sublime meets spectacle, and the show begins where you least expect it.

You'll start backstage, in the shadow of the dance. Dancers illuminate themselves like a breathing watercolor on a translucent screen — a shadow film. As the screen pulls back, you'll move through the space like a director on a set, discovering the dance from every angle as it unfolds around you — until a single shaft of light becomes an entire world.
