From the gentle currents and majestic scenery of Smetana's The Moldau to the brilliant colors and spirited rhythms of Rimsky-Korsakov's Capriccio Espagnol, each work paints a vivid musical picture. The program culminates with Brahms' beloved Symphony No. 2, a masterpiece filled with warmth, lyricism, and pastoral charm that has long been celebrated for its connection to the beauty and tranquility of the countryside.
