Shakespeare in the Valley presents:

Measure for Measure

Friday 7/31 and Saturday 8/1, 6 PM

Indoor and Outdoor performances

Celebrate the talents of youth and Shakespeare with our 37th annual Shakespeare in the Valley performance. Each evening begins at 6 PM with a performance of Second Stage Follies by the Introduction to Acting group.

After the first performance, we are taking a break for everyone to enjoy a picnic. Help us support the theater programs by purchasing food & drinks from the WKC concession stand.

At 8 PM, the lights go up on a fully staged production of Measure for Measure by the Acting, Music, Tech & Costume Design groups of the West Kortright Center’s Young People’s Theater Arts Workshops.

Bring your own lawn seating. Rain or Shine.

We recommend that you purchase your tickets ahead of time to prevent long lines at the box office. (Tickets do not need to be printed.)

2026 West Kortright Center arts and community programs are funded in part by our members, by contributors to the 2025 Program Fund Drive and the Nancy Fales Garrett Scholarship Fund, by the Bert Santora Trust and by grants from the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Legislature, the A.
