You may start to redeem your Flex Passes after Labor Day (Sept. 3, 2019) online or with the Theatre Winter Haven Box Office by calling (863) 294-7469 ext. 1.

Your benefits kickin on Labor Day. Above, you’ll find your passcode. If you’re familiar with how our Flex Passes are redeemed online, you’ll understand how the passcode works. You may redeem your benefits directly through the website with your passcode. Again, your passcode is valid for 1 ticket (per Golden Ticket Subscription) for every Theatre Winter Haven Season 50 Mainstage (6 productions), Academy (1 production) & Tribute Tuesday LIVE productions (10 production that will take place at The Ritz theatre).

You may redeem your Golden Ticket benefits directly with the Box Office by calling (863) 294-7469 ext. 1 or emailing the box office at Tickets@TheatreWinterHaven.com. Please give us your name, the production, date/time and seat request.
