Explore the world of acting through small studio classes that teach the basics.  exercises in You’ll create characters and use your body, voice and emotions as acting tools, through fun improvisational exercises. Learn to overcome stage fright and get more comfortable in front of people, and connect with other kids who love to create stories and sing out! Students present a final sharing performance at the end of each class. Activities are geared for appropriate age levels and taught by working professionals.  Our Learning Theater Studio classes become the pipeline for participation in our Learning Theater Ensemble.

12 Dancing Princesses

The Learning Theater Ensemble is an inclusive multi-generational program that provides area youth the opportunity to team with our professional actors and directors to learn the craft of acting. Students  will enjoy an eight-week workshop in which they  develop and rehearse an original production of 12 Dancing Princesses and continue to hone their performance skills during a 12-performance run of the show.
