[#000000] ECHO/ZOOM ONLINE CLASS INSTRUCTIONS

To take an Echo class online, please follow the instructions below. If you have questions or concerns about online classes, please email us at hello@echotheaterpdx.org.

  1. Register for the class through the options listed below.
    • Zoom classes are on a sliding scale $0 – $10/class. 
    • Class cards (good for 10 classes) are also available for $100.
    • If you are able to pay $5, use the code: zoomslide
    • Use code zoomscale, to take the class for free.  If you are using this class as a make up for a cancelled class, using a class card or unable to pay for the class for any reason, this is the code for you.
  2. Follow this link to download Zoom to your device: https://zoom.us/support/download
    • Use the “Join Zoom Meeting” link listed under each class to attend the class at the appropriate time. You can also find the meeting link in your email confirmation after paying for registration.
    • If you “arrive” before your teacher/host, do not worry! They will join you soon and begin the class.
    • Be sure that you leave plenty of space — as much space as possible, as well as carpet, a yoga mat and other tools for comfort and support nearby.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING with LAURA

Class combines light cardio and strengthening exercises that use body weight with the occasional throw pillow or roll of toilet paper as props. We will use our floors and furniture to keep our community connected and moving! All levels welcome. Ages 13+ recommended.
