Difficult acrobatic elements are broken down into small achievable training steps that allow enthusiasts, even with no acrobatic experience, to progress in a fun and challenging way.

Students will learn the basics of rolling and sitting, dropping on their stomachs and elements over the top of the wheel in an upright, straight line position. Into moves that seem to defy gravity as their hands let go of the handles, and they are only supported by their feet while rolling upside down. And when ready, students will explore the ever so impressive spirals with the wheel tilted onto one rim, figure of eights and coin spins.

Snugly tying shoes are a must. Running shoes are OK; flat bottom skate shoes are ideal (Vans, Converse). No boots, flip flops, or soft gymnastic shoes.  No experience necessary. Beginner Drop-Ins: first day only/permission required. Int/Adv Drop-ins: permission required/any day, space limited.
