Camps/Classes are arranged in alphabetical order or you may filter classes by semester or 'At Your School'. Not sure what camp/class to enroll your child in? Please ask to speak with someone in the Education Department. We are dedicated to finding the right camp/class for you!

Acting for the Camera Tuesdays; 5:00pm-6:00pm 20

Ages 10-12

Students will explore the world of film where they’ll learn the differences between acting onstage and acting for the camera. This introductory class prepares students who are serious about learning what it takes to make a movie in a fun and creative environment.

Tuition: Early Bird $165, Regular $175

Acting I Thursdays; 5:00pm-6:00pm 20

Ages 7-9

Students will learn to apply the elements of drama by working on a legend, myth, or classical story. This class incorporates the building blocks for relationships on stage by learning to create and commit to character choices. Through different exercises and theatre games, students will gain self-confidence and stage presence as well as begin building the framework of an actor. We recommend taking this class more than once.

Disney Princess Warriors Mondays; 5:00pm-6:00pm 20

Ages 5-7

Let’s get down to business! In this class, young actors will discover the power of believing in themselves alongside their favorite warrior princesses like Mulan, Merida, Moana, and more! Through singing, dancing, and acting, students will use their imaginations to soar to new heights as they learn the importance of bravery and team work.

Disney Villains: The Musical Tuesdays; 6:00pm-7:30pm 30

Ages 12-16

There are two sides to every story; this is theirs. This semester, teen actors will bring new and classic Disney villains to life in an original story while focusing on various acting techniques, collaboration, and character development. Students will also work on vocal dynamics and creative movement as they perform favorite hits including “Poor Unfortunate Souls," “Cruella de Vil," and more! And remember, never judge a villain by their hero...

This is a Teen Acting Showcase. Showcases are production oriented classes that include technical elements such as costumes, a basic set, lights, and sound. Actors will perform their play for invited family and friends.

Fancy Nancy Tuesdays; 3:45pm-4:45pm 20

Ages 5-7

Ooh la la! You are cordially invited to join Fancy Nancy and friends on a most exquisite theatrical expedition! While performing delectable scenes from fantastique (that’s French for fantastic!) stories, young actors will learn the job of an actor through the art of storytelling. If fancy makes your heart sing, this is the class for you!

Fosse Fridays Fridays; 4:30pm-5:30pm 20

Ages 9-13

Grab your hats, canes, and dancing shoes and join us for All That Jazz! Students will work on improving their musical theatre dance technique through the style of famous Broadway choreographer, Bob Fosse. In the words of Fosse, “Choreography is writing on your feet.” So get on your feet and join us because we’ve got Magic to Do!

Homeschool: Mystery Mayhem Tuesdays; 11:00am-12:00pm 20

Ages 5-15. Students are divided into age appropriate groups.

Mystery and mayhem are just around the corner in this clue cluttered caper! This fast paced class will have students thinking quickly on their feet as they work together to crack the case. Actors will focus on collaboration, character development, and improvisation through games, monologues, and more!

How to Train Your Dragon Thursdays; 3:45pm-4:45pm 20

Ages 7-9

Adventure is lurking just around the corner! What began as an unlikely friendship between a young Viking and a fearsome Night Fury dragon has become an epic adventure of friendship, bravery, and imagination. Actors in this class will create their own characters, design their own dragons, and perform an original play putting it all together! Students will also focus on creative movement, vocal dynamics, and elements of design.

Improv Tuesdays; 5:00pm-6:00pm 20

Ages 7-9

Join us for Theatre Sports! This is a high-energy class for students of all levels of experience! Students will play acting games without a script, which will help them with their problem solving and creative thinking skills. Students will have fun as they explore the different outcomes of a scene while building self-confidence. Actors will think fast, take risks and work together as a team. The class will culminate in a comedy club performance.

Knights and Princesses Tuesdays; 3:45pm-4:45pm 16

Ages 3-4

Journey back to ‘Once Upon a Time’, where knights and princesses come to life! In this action-packed class, students will use the Tools of an Actor to bring classic Fairy Tales to life! While engaging in crafts and active play, young students will learn to use their bodies, voices, and imaginations to tell a story. Must be potty-trained.

Lego Heroes: Build a Play Thursdays; 5:00pm-6:00pm 20

Ages 5-6

Everything is awesome in Lego Land...or is it? It's been five years since we last saw Emmet and the gang but this time the citizens are facing a huge new threat: LEGO DUPLO® invaders from outer space, wrecking everything faster than they can rebuild! In this class, students will use hands on Lego activities to work on problem solving, creative design, and collaboration. Students will also use the Tools of an Actor to build a play of their very own!

Muppet Babies Mondays; 3:30pm-4:30pm 16

Ages 3-4

Wocka, wocka, wocka! Join Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, and other Muppet friends as we use our imaginations to embark on countless adventures across the universe! Students will use dramatic play, songs, and dances to explore the job of an actor and the art of telling a story. Must be potty-trained.

Preschool Pixar Thursdays; 3:45pm-4:45pm 16

Ages 3-4

Start your engines and get ready for a splashing good time! In this class, students will explore four timeless tales in the Pixar universe including Cars, Monsters Inc. Toy Story, and Finding Nemo! Through crafts, music, and creative play, young students will learn the job of an actor while focusing on imagination, teamwork, and active listening. Must be potty-trained.

Sing Poppy! Dance Branch! Thursdays; 3:45pm-4:45pm 20

Ages 5-6

It’s time to let your true colors shine! In this upbeat musical theatre class, young actors will sing and dance their way through the world of Trolls along with Poppy, Branch, and all their friends. While focusing on various vocal and dance techniques, students will build confidence, develop creativity, and learn the importance of being a friend.

Special Stages Tuesdays; 4:00pm-5:00pm 8

Ages 7-12

Special Stages is a musical theatre program for children 7-12 on the autism spectrum. Through music, movement, guided scene-work, peer modeling, social stories, visual schedules, and role-playing, Special Stages students and mentors will go on an adventure while working on musical scenes.

The Music Kids Mondays; 3:45pm-4:45pm 20

Ages 5-7

There’s trouble in River City! Professor Harold Hill’s instruments are missing, and it’s up to the Music Kids to find them before the big recital! In this class, students will learn the process of putting on a musical while using their bodies, voices, and imaginations to bring their characters to life. So put on your marching shoes, the Music Kids are coming to town!

This is a Young Musical Theatre Showcase.

The Music Man Jr (Green Cast) Thursdays; 4:00pm-6:00pm 24

Ages 10-18

Based on Meredith Willson's six-time, Tony Award-winning musical comedy, The Music Man Jr. is a story filled with wit, warmth, and good old-fashioned fun! Master showman and fast-talking salesman, Harold Hill is in town, and he's got "seventy-six trombones" in tow. The story follows Hill as he cons the people of River City, Iowa into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys' band he vows to organize. The catch? He doesn't know a trombone from a treble clef! In this class, students will learn the process of putting on a musical from auditions, to rehearsals, all the way to the stage!

This is an Advanced Musical Theatre Showcase. Showcases are production oriented classes that include technical elements such as costumes, a basic set, lights, and sound. Actors will perform their play for invited family and friends.
