Threads of Us: Weaving Our Stories 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 25 25

STORYTELLING WORKSHOP

This immersive, five-day, storytelling workshop invites students, 12-to18-year olds, into a creative, supportive space where they will learn the age-old art of storytelling.

July 20th - 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., participants will dive deeply into story—collecting narratives, writing scripts, collaborating with peers, and shaping an original performance woven from their collective words and songs. The final piece will reflect both personal stories and those gathered from family and community.

Along the way, students will strengthen essential listening skills—because every good storyteller begins as a good listener. They will also learn foundational theatre techniques, including stage direction and blocking, editing and scripting, and the art of Tandem Storytelling.

Come join us this summer for a joyful, creative week where we bring our stories to life.
