Young artists in grades 2nd-5th are invited to join Cooney Kids Art Club! Art club meets Tuesday evenings from 4:30-5:30pm with Janice Hargrave and Taylor Killion instructing. No supplies needed, parents do not have to stay for the sessions.
Cost is $120 for each artist. This club will meet 12 times.

 | Third Thursday Connect - MO Landscapes Paper Collage | Feb. 19th, 2026 6-9pm | 18 | 16 | Janice Hargrave is bringing the beauty of MO landscapes to the studio through paper collage. Join her as she guides you through using collage, weaving, layering and different types of paper to create your own MO landscape. Explore the great outdoors from inside the Studio!

 | Cooney Preschool Pal - February | February 28th, 2026 9:30-10:30am | 10 | 10 | Bring your little artist ages 3-6 to Cooney Preschool Pals from 9:30 -10:30 am.
Preschool Pals features an opening activity, guided art making and fine motor stations.
Stay for as long as your little artists needs are met. Adults are asked to stay for the session. This month we will be creating heart holding hedgehogs!
Cost is $10 per artist. |
 | Sketchbook Show | | 100 | 99 | The Cooney Studio is thrilled to present it's first Sketchbook Show! This show is open to all ages and is a hands on expereince for the viewer.
Artists can pick up their books beginning on Dec. 13th at Open Studio or from the LCAA office. There is a $20 entry fee which includes your sketchbook. Sketchbooks must be purchased by January 30th.
The Sketchbook show will be on display April 2026.
