This fun musical theatre camp runs from June 15 through July 9 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 9am to 12pm. Students will explore the world of musical theatre, including audition, rehearsal, and performance techniques. They will learn what it means to “act” a song with emphasis on healthy use of the voice, how to create a character, how to work with others, how to sing with confidence, and, how to be present and move onstage. The camp will culminate with 2 public performances of a musical chosen or devised by the camp participants as the instructors deem appropriate for this year's cohort of campers. This camp's focus is to encourage growth in skills and confidence in a supportive, fun, environment where students participate in the creative process.

Performances will be July 9 at 7pm and July 11 at 1pm at the OJP Theater located at 2009 Porterfield Way, Ste I, Upland.

This four-week workshop runs from Monday April 27 through Monday May 18.  The workshop will focus on the study and performance of contemporary and classical two-person scenes. Actors will engage in:

• Rigorous script analysis 
• Instruction and guidance tailored to the individual actor, empowering the actor to discover and develop their own methods
• Deepening awareness and attention to impulse, unleashing freedom and fearlessness in performance 

The class is designed to support each actor in discovering and refining their own working methods in a supportive, challenging and collaborative environment.

The class is open for actors ages 19 and up of all experience levels and to actors 16-18 upon interview and approval by Medina Senghore.

Cost is $295.

Early Bird Price is $270 if you enroll on or prior to April 20.

• A free info session and audit will be offered on Monday, April 20 6:30-7:30pm.  Those who enroll at the info session will receive the Early Bird Price.

All sessions meet at the OJP Theater located at 2009 Porterfield Way, Ste I, Upland.
