An entertaining and interactive look at the fundamentals of improv with Scared Scriptless performer and Improv instructor Amy Kropp and Warren Weinstein. Amy and Warren will lead students in lively discussions, fun exercises and online-appropriate games. Whether you're looking for improv performance tips and tricks or just want to impress your friends, we've got you covered! All levels of improv experience are welcome including beginners. It's time to get ready to audition! Polish up that monologue and gain some new skills or brush off the old ones with local favorite, Kevin Keith. Kevin has appeared with TBA as George Bailey in It's a Wonderful Life as well as our Shakespearean productions of The Merry Wives of Windsor and Julius Caesar. In this class, each student will workshop a monologue (or two). We will meet one evening a week and the class will culminate with an on-line performance. All skill levels are welcome!

Do you have a work in progress that you are trying to develop? Whether it is carrying an unfinished work over the finish line, polishing an existing play into a new draft, or expanding a short work into a longer one, this class is perfect for you. Taught by internationally celebrated writer P. Shane Mitchell and Valdez Last Frontier Theatre Conference Play Lab Coordinator Ryan Buen this class is certain to get you over your writer's block and get you one step closer to being produced and published.

Learn machine sewing basics, reading patterns, and other tips and tricks as you create pajama pants with award winning seamstress, Megan Bladow Addis. Megan will take you through the pajama pants step by step from opening the pattern to the finished product.
Students will need access to a sewing a machine by the second class. A pattern will be provided. Additional materials will be needed. Students can supply their own materials or materials can be provided by TBA for an additional fee.
- Sewing Machine (by 2nd class)
- fabric scissors or new/sharpened scissors
- fabric pins
- tailors tape (fabric measuring tape)
- ironing board
- 3.5 yds cotton material (pre-washed and dried)
thread to match material
- 1.75 yds of 1" elastic (or 3" longer than hip measurement)
optional additional materials:
- 2.75 yds cording or twill tape for drawstring
- seam gauge

|TBA's Script Club: Great American Playwrights|| Wednesdays at 7pm || 19 || 18 || |
TBA's version of Book Club is like no book club you've ever been to before. Critically acclaimed theatre artist, Wayne Mitchell will take you through a script from a great American playwright each week. Students should have Tennessee William's "The Glass Menagerie" read for the first class. The other plays will be Arthur Miller's "The Crucible," Neil Simon's "Brighton Beach Memoirs," and August Wilson's "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom." This is a great way to explore and discuss scripts with other artists.
