Are you ready to embark on a colorful journey through the world of crochet? In this 6-week long summer camp, boys and girls alike will have the opportunity to unleash their creativity and learn the timeless art of crochet. Throughout the camp, our skilled instructor will guide young crocheters through the basics of this craft, from mastering the essential stitches to creating beautiful finished projects. Each week, participants will tackle new techniques and projects, building upon their skills and confidence with every stitch.
From crafting stylish bracelets to adorable purses and bags and even granny squares, participants will learn how to create a variety of fun and functional items using only a hook and yarn. But the creativity doesn't stop there! In our final week, campers will have the freedom to choose their own project, allowing them to put their newfound skills to the test and create something truly unique. Whether it's a stuffed animal, a hat, or anything else their imagination can dream up, the possibilities are endless!
Class meets weekly on Wednesdays for 6 sessions, with no class the week of July 1-5.
