Come join us and explore an experience with watercolor creativity.
Students will explore the challenges and techniques of this beautiful and historic water medium. The class will begin with the simple but sometimes bold use of the brush to explore the expressive opportunities and the use of line and brushstrokes in Sumi-e inspired watercolor painting. Students will also experience the different classic watercolor techniques which includes specific exercises in watercolor painting building to finished artwork.
The class is designed to be 4 hours.
