Meets Mondays, Sept. 14th - Nov. 16th in CCT’s Shop (1060 Chris Dr. Unit D, West Columbia, SC 29169), 4:30-5:45pm
Transform your teen’s passion into the high-value, professional skills that casting directors and elite theatre programs look for. This intensive goes beyond cosmetics to teach the complete visual narrative. Held behind the scenes in our costume shop, students gain exclusive access to our full collection of costumes and wigs to develop a character entirely their own. Participants will then experience the full spectrum of character creation, combining SFX makeup and prosthetics with custom costuming and wig styling. Following their showcase, one student from this course will be invited to participate in a paid internship experience. This experience will be in a real, professional environment with our industry partner. Please note that although all students will participate in the class, only students aged 14 and up may be considered for the internship portion.
