Learn to beat the winter blahs. In this class we will be hunting for beauty in unsuspected places right under our noses. We will spend a portion of some classes outdoors so dress accordingly. Using a phone camera, we will be taking photos during our time outside and then we will come back in and share and discuss what we found. We will talk about how certain images parallel life lessons and poetry. Time will also be given to do some creative writing so bring a journal or notebook. The main takeaway from this class will be a new or renewed outlook and appreciation for winter and nature. You will also have some beautiful photos that you can either share through social media or print and add to your journals kept during class.
