Company: Ballet Theatre of Maryland
This class is for ages 4-5 and an imaginative continuation of Creative Movement I-focusing on self-expression, creativity and flexibility of movement, and encouraging self-confidence. Children are introduced to the concepts of basic movement, rhythms and music for ballet and express themselves by focusing on different ballet story themes such as Cinderella, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker and more! No Class 10/22.
The attire for all classes, except where otherwise noted, is as follows Girls: Black leotard, pink or flesh-colored- tights, and corresponding pink or nude ballet slippers. No jewelry. Hair should be neatly pulled back out off of the face and neck. Boys: White t-shirt, black tights, and white or black ballet slippers.
