Company: Academy Ballet
For ages 3-4. This is a lively but structured dance class for kids that develop physical skills and encourage creativity, expression and confidence. Through participation in these activities, children learn: to move with control, an awareness of their body and how it moves through space, and expression of emotions through movement. And, behind all the fun, they’ll be prepared for a transition to ballet and other dance genres at higher levels.
The Winter/Spring session provides the opportunity to perform in our Annual Spring Recital in May.
Recital participation will require an additional fee.
Dress Code: Girls: Royal Academy of Dance Freya leotard in Pink, pink Bloch full sole ballet slippers and pink ballet socks. Boys: White t-shirt, navy or black shorts, white socks and white Bloch full sole ballet shoes. Girl’s Leotards available through our studio, and all other items available at Dance Supplies, Etc in Severna Park (410- 647-8727).
