1/12 BTM: Classical Ballet 2 (WS26BTM1)

This level is for ages 8-11+ and students should register for both BTM Classical Ballet 2 classes so that they are taking twice weekly. This class is the beginning of formalized classical ballet training. Class focuses include learning the sequence of working at the barre, a continuation of learning steps in the center, and stretching exercises. Musicality, coordination, and movement dynamics are concentrated on to help the dancer create a strong foundation for dance.
No class 1/19 or 4/6.
The attire for all classes, except where otherwise noted, is as follows Girls: Black leotard, nude or pink tights, and corresponding nude or pink ballet slippers. No jewelry. Hair should be neatly pulled back out off of the face and neck. Boys: White t-shirt, black tights, and white or black ballet slippers.
