| More Information | This class is for adults and teens ages 13+ and is an introduction to the art of classical ballet. The class is a true beginners class including the basic positions of the arms and feet, the basic exercises of the ballet barre and center, plus exercises for strength and flexibility. This class is a great way to work out for the dance enthusiast.
No Class 3/31.
Attire for this class is as follows: Women: leotards, tights, skirts, warm-up pants. Hair should be pulled neatly off the face so it does not inhibit movement. Men: T- shirt, jazz pants, sweats or tights. Ballet shoes are required for both men and women Ballet Theatre of Maryland offers classes in two Annapolis locations.
