| More Information | This class is for adults and teens ages 13+ and is an extension of the introduction to the art of classical ballet, including barre, center and stretch exercises. This class is a great way to work out for the dance enthusiast. Some previous ballet training is required to take this class or with permission of instructor. The attire for this class is as follows: Women: leotards, tights, skirts, warm-up pants. Hair should be pulled neatly off the face so it does not inhibit movement. Men: T- shirt, jazz pants, sweats or tights. Ballet shoes are required for both men and women. Ballet Theatre of Maryland offers classes in two Annapolis locations.
