Improv Sketch is an engaging program designed for young performers who aspire to write and perform their very own SNL-style sketches and master the art of improvisational comedy. What to Expect:
1. Sketch Comedy Writing: Students will delve into the fundamentals of sketch comedy writing. They'll explore the principles of humor, comedic timing, and the structure of a sketch, and they'll have the opportunity to develop their unique comedic voice.
2. Character Development: Learn how to create memorable characters that bring sketches to life. From exaggerated personalities to relatable figures, students will explore various character archetypes and develop the skills to portray them effectively.
