Dance the Story

A Pay-What-You-Can Drop-In Musical Theatre Dance Experience

A little Broadway. A lot of joy.

Join us for an energizing, pay-what-you-can evening of musical theatre dance led by Inspired Acting Company Education Director Emily Lange. Whether you spent years in dance classes or have always wanted to try musical theatre movement for the first time, this class is designed to help you reconnect with creativity, confidence, and the joy of storytelling through movement.

Together, we’ll warm up, explore foundational musical theatre dance concepts, move across the floor, and learn a short combination that emphasizes musicality, expression, and character-driven performance.

This isn’t about getting every step perfect. It’s about finding freedom, making bold choices, and experiencing the excitement of moving with intention and play.

No previous dance experience required. Just bring comfortable clothes, supportive shoes, and a willingness to jump in.

Notes:

  • Please dress for movement and wear dance shoes or sneakers you can move comfortably in
  • Class size is limited to 12 participants; advanced registration is encouraged
  • Expect to move, laugh, sweat a little, and tell stories through dance
