Making Snakes of Light and Sound
Saturday, December 14th 9am-12pm
Saturday, December 21 at 1pm
A maker day for family members of any age to get ready for Solstice and the Lunar New Year.
These beautiful snakes will light the air of winter solstice as well as use their rattles to welcome the winter and subsequent spring in. Create individual and multiple puppet/lanterns that will light the night and also participate in the creation of a 20 foot lantern snake that will lead the promenade for both dates.
Tuition: $75 per family (limit 10 families)
Full or partial scholarships are also available.
