This class introducing young dancers to the dance studio with structured exercises that involve a beginning awareness of moving in time and space. Dancers will dance to music and use their imaginations!
This class will be taught by Middlebury College dance students, Gabrielle Anchondo and Evelyn Rodriguez.
Evelyn Rodriguez '26 is a Dance major and Computer Science minor at Middlebury College. She began dancing in middle school, focusing on modern dance but enjoys exploring various genres. Evelyn is dedicated to creating an engaging an uplifting experience in class.
Gabrielle is a sophomore at Middlebury College, where she has worked with Laurel Jenkins on various dance projects. She has been dancing seriously since the age of 8, training with the Chicago Multicultural Dance Center, Deeply Rooted Dance Theater, and as a company member of Noumenon Dance Company from 2021-2023.
