Discover a new way to continue to work on your balance, coordination, memory, flexibility and strength…and have the bonus of kicking and hitting pads and learn some self-defense. Come learn a traditional martial art, get healthy, learn self-defense and most importantly HAVE FUN!!!  Master Kellie Thomas is 54 years old and has had 3 hip replacements, 1 knee replacement and has osteoarthritis & fibromyalgia – so she completely understands the need to adapt moves and has created a whole new warm-up, stretches, etc. that can be done using and/or sitting in a chair.  In these classes, Master Thomas will adapt the workouts and techniques to each individuals needs and abilities For more information please email tkdkicks101@yahoo.com or check out our website at tkdkicks.net
