Sunday, March 30th from 2pm-5pm

This Stage Combat Workshop is designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of stage combat. Ideal for both newcomers and past attendees of Joe's introductory sessions, it aims to establish a foundation in stage combat. Participants will learn unarmed techniques to convincingly portray the illusion of violence while maintaining control and safety during choreography with a partner.

Additionally, this workshop offers an opportunity to assess interest in creating a more comprehensive training program for stage combat. By the end of the session, participants will have experienced a variety of stage combat techniques and incorporated them into a choreographed sequence to simulate a dynamic fight scene.

This is a physically active workshop, so all participants should be prepared to move. This includes wearing appropriate attire and footwear for movement.
