In these classes, Master Kellie Thomas (7th Degree Black Belt) will adapt the workouts and techniques to everyone’s needs and abilities focusing on self-defense skills.  Come learn a traditional martial art, get healthy, learn self-defense and most importantly HAVE FUN!!!  Master Thomas is 55 years old and has had 3 hip replacements, 1 knee replacement and has osteoarthritis & fibromyalgia – so she completely understands the need to adapt moves and has created a whole new warm-up, stretches, etc. that can be done using and/or sitting in a chair.
