Classical ballet technique in traditional ballet class structure. It is open to any adult who wants to experience ballet technique, prior ballet experience is not necessary but helpful. No pointe shoes, please. Wear comfortable exercise clothing and socks or ballet attire. This is a class for exercise, beautiful music and enjoyment.
