Join Lisa Mitchell in a one time only cooking class!
On the darkest day of the year, kick off our Solstice in the Shire event with this baking bonanza. Kids ages 8-12 come and learn from chef Lisa while parents can sign up for a dance class across the hall or enjoy a break before the rest of the festivities start at 2pm!
In an earlier part of her life and career, THT Executive & Artistic Director Lisa Mitchell was a fine dining chef for restaurants in Boston, Washington, DC, and Martha’s Vineyard. She also served as Gourmet magazine’s Travelling Chef and Correspondent, as well as produced nationwide culinary tours for Gourmet, Bon Appetit, Conde Nast, and others. She also co-founded the festival, Foodaroo, now in its 11th year.
