Pole II is designed for those who have completed our Intro to Pole class or have taken beginner pole classes elsewhere. Students should be comfortable with basic climbs and foundational spins and ready to start adding basic pole inversions. You will continue to learn more advanced climbs, spins, and floorwork variations while building the strength and confidence necessary for safe inversion technique.
