This April, the Town Hall theater will be offering a beginning east coast swing class! In this four-week series, you will learn proper posture and connection between the lead and follow. You will learn the six count open basic and closed V positions, inside and outside turns and several more step patterns. At the end of this beginning series you will be able to go social dancing and look awesome!!
This class is taught by incredible local dancer, David Rose. This is sure to be a blast and an efficient way to learn the basics of this partner dance. No experience necessary!!!
When registering, please choose if you will be a lead or follow (any gender can lead or follow). We are always short of leads so if you don't care, please sign up as a lead. You do not need to sign up with a partner!
Wear or bring soft soled tennis shoes and clothes you can move in.
