Join Erin Jones-Poppe and Lisa Mitchell on a restaurant and culinary adventure. We’ll start the day at Shiretown Restaurant with a behind-the-scenes kitchen meet up with Chef Kevin Archambault. We’ll get a sneak peek at their kitchen operation, and learn about their breakfast tacos. Then, we will come back to Town Hall Theater, where we’ll create our own breakfast taco menu together. We’ll create homemade tortillas, tacos, and quesadillas – and then eat them!
